The Incidents and Points function enables you to measure and improve employee behavior at the workplace. This system is accurate and effective because the rules are automatically applied to each employee. When employees do something negative, like arrive late to work, points are accrued. There is no room for bias.

If the employee’s points reach a certain amount, a notification letter is generated automatically so the supervisor can take appropriate action. If the employee goes for a length of time without incurring any points, points can be deducted. You determine the events that are negative and positive for your organization.
